Annex I — Specification of Data Processing
Subject matter and purpose
Veridue provides an AI platform that automates due diligence and data room workflows for renewable energy and infrastructure transactions. Veridue processes personal data on behalf of the Customer only to provide the Services under the Agreement.
Nature of the processing
Storage, retrieval, extraction, structuring, analysis, generation of Output, transmission to sub-processors for those purposes, and deletion.
Data subjects
Natural persons named in or identifiable from Customer Content — typically signatories, directors, project and counterparty contacts, landowners and professional advisers — together with the Customer’s Users and any persons it invites into the Services.
Categories of personal data
Name, job title, employer, business contact details, signature, and any other personal data contained in documents, queries or annotations the Customer or its invited users submit. For account administration: name, work email, role and usage data.
Special categories of personal data
No special category or criminal offence data is required for the Services. Transaction documents may nevertheless contain such data. The Customer may provide it only where necessary for an authorised due diligence or transaction purpose and on the conditions set out in clause 12 of the Data Processing Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Frequency of the processing
Continuous for the duration of the subscription.
Duration of the processing
For the term of the Agreement, and thereafter as set out in clause 7 of the Platform Terms of Use and clause 8 of the Data Processing Agreement.
